The experience was top-notch from start to finish. The flavors were bold, rich, and perfectly balanced—elevating every dish beyond your typical Indian fare. The cheesy garlic naan was fresh and pillowy, and the atmosphere was eclectic and inviting with an upscale twist. You can tell a lot of thought went into both the menu and the design. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Best Indian food I've ever had loved it! Great service, too! The woodwork on the tables was beautiful!! The atmosphere was up scale compared to any of the Indian restaurants I've ever been to before! Great place for a date night out with the wife for sure! We will definitely come back for more! I wouldn't be surprised if they don't have lines out the door when everyone in town finds out about the food! I was very impressed!!!

Excellent food, so glad this has opened in Columbia. First time I've had Indian here that really felt satisfying. The paneer tandoor was incredible, absolutely the best dish I've ordered out in a while. The korma was more cardamom heavy than most, but not in a bad way. The Chicken Curry-osity was nice as well. Loved their take on Butter Chicken - if you are not familiar with many Indian recipes, I'd recommend the korma and butter chicken to start. I also got their lamb curry, extra hot; while it was delicious and spicy, the heat wasn't overwhelming. Would love to see a vindaloo or something on their expanded menu for the heat lovers! Finally, the ras malai was incredible. Light, fluffy, creamy, rich, aromatic, delicate, all the words. Not a typical "American" dessert where the sugar is the dominant taste, but definitely still sweet. It was the kind of dessert you want to savor and give a lot of space to each bite. It lingered on in a great way after the meal and kind of sticks with you. Highly recommend. All of the food here was very aromatic and flavorful, which made it all taste more decadent and high quality. Just a great spot overall and one to continue to come back to! They also unexpectedly had some belly dancers providing entertainment, which was fun. Not something you see every day in central Missouri! Reminder: Curry-osity is still in their soft opening, which means you shouldn't expect perfection as they are working through the very complex nature of running a restaurant. That being said, the staff and owner were delightful and attentive, so I have full confidence that they will continue to improve the decor, menu, and timing!

The best Indian food I have had in a very very long time. Price is pretty high and the portions are on the smaller side, but the quality more than makes up for it. The mango lassi was fantastic, and had a bit of cardamom or something to spice it up. Garlic naan was delicious and was nice and crisp with fresh garlic. Bhindi masala was flavorful and robust. Chicken biryani was a little weaker with fewer fresh spices, but the chicken was still moist and tender and overall it was a great dish. We were pleasantly surprised with how nice the decor was, but think the music could have been toned down a bit. It felt a little reminiscent of a bottle service night club. Service is probably where they suffer the most. The service was fairly slow, but they are still pretty new so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. They get bonus points for using high quality Tuffy machine washable, microwavable to-go containers.

Nice place. New. We didn't have a reservation but didn't have a long wait. I started with a thorough menu reading since I'm not terribly familiar with cuisine. Glad I did because I had the Chicken Curry-osity, their "signature dish" has no curry and it was absolutely delicious! Started with the crispy cauliflower appetizer. Addicting! Jasmine rice paired well, as did the garlic Naan. Portion sizes were perfect. Took to go some main dish and Naan which was great leftover the next evening. It's pretty inside. Staff attentive. Water is good. Tea is good. Prices reasonable. Quiet cozy environment. Clean bathrooms with lovely coconut scent. I'm a fan!

I had one not-so-good Indian food experience and I've been hesitant on trying another restaurant ever since. However, my son wanted to go, and I'm so glad I went! The food was amazing! We had the lamb chops, chicken curry-osity and the garlic naan. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but the restaurant is beautifully decorated and the staff is warm, friendly and inviting. We will definitely go back and will make sure to tell others!

We got to try a bunch of stuff from their menu and every single thing is great tasting. The samosas were some of the best I’ve ever had. The butter chicken and shrimp masala were great. The (vegetarian) Gobi Masala was spectacular. It tasted like a chicken and rice dish but …. Cauliflower! You’d never know. There are a lot of details in the building, I really liked all the custom tables and wall art and colorful lighting. It’s obvious that this endeavor has so much intention and it’s truly Mayank’s “baby”. His obvious love for his culture and family comes through in every bite.
